Morgan: Delighted with today's performance. We expressed ourselves which was good to see. It is about playing the ball in front of you, I think the openers gave a good start. We are really flexible, but today was all about win. Nice to get some runs, could have been nice to have got a few more. Broady went unrewarded and Finn got the ball to nip around. It is great to have them back at full strength. They are the two most experienced bowlers. It's nice to get started and be on the board. Moeen Ali was exceptional.

Mommsen: We would have liked few more wickets with the new ball, but we pulled things back nicely. Not quite sure what to put that down, but they are quality players. We still thought we were in with a chance, we started getting a partnership but couldn't continue. Joshy was brilliant with the ball. I took some blows there, but I am still walking. It was a first WC match for many of the boys. It is a huge step up from County cricket to international cricket. But we are standing up and not shying away.
Moeen Ali: It was nice just to spend a bit of time. Just get through the first 10 overs, play a bit of positive and stuff like that. As normal as I could and still be aggressive. It was not an easy pitch to start, takes a bit of time to settle down. At a point I thought 330-340 but it was difficult with the wind. Hopefully, I can keep going. Hopefully, we can go on a run and win the next three.

Over 41.6 JM Anderson to Alasdair Evans, out Caught by Buttler!! Full and in the corridor of uncertainty, Evans has to play at that, he stays in the crease and tries to defend, the ball grazes the outside edge and Buttler takes a good low catch. Alasdair Evans c Buttler b J Anderson 9(15)
