It was a second match in two days that was washed out due to rain in IPL 5. While yesterday it was a wash out at Kolkata, today it was the turn of Bengaluru to witness a damp squib. The only difference between yesterday night and tonight was the fact that the RCB Vs CSK match was abandoned after the toss. It was still raining at 11:00 PM when the Umpires had officially called off the match at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

Toss and Teams: For starters, RCB will be without their Skipper Daniel Vettori as he misses out with a hamstring strain. Virat Kohli takes over the captaincy of RCB and he has won the toss and asked Chennai Super Kings to bat first. Andrew McDonald comes in for Vettori. The match is scheduled to start at 9:00 as a full 20-0ver contest.

The Chennai Super Kings have brought in Albie Morkel in the place of Doug Bollinger.
