England eased to a 6-wicket win with 36 balls to spare in the second and final T20I at Cardiff to complete a cleansweep of 2-0. There were a few jitters for England in the chase, first at 26 for 2 in the 3rd over and later at 63 for 4 in the 11th over. But Pakistan gave themselves no chance with just those 90 runs to defend! Paul Collingwood made 21 and Morgan chipped in with an unbeaten 18 to steer England past a possible Pakistani fightback. This is now England's 7th T20I win in a row!

Pakistan Innings

A hopeless batting show from Pakistan saw them get bundled out for a paltry 89 in 18.4 overs! The early damages were done by Tim Bresnan and Stuart Broad through their short and rising deliveries which left Pakistan to 22 for 4 in 5 overs. Umar Akmal (17) started a tiny fightback by launching Graeme Swann for a couple of sixes but got stumped out off the same bowler when he was trying to go for a third six.

Swann was the pick of the bowlers with 2 foe 27 in 4 overs while left arm spinner Michael Yardy finished with mean figures of 4-0-10-0. Bresnan finished the innings in the 19th over by cleaning up Shoaib Akhtar's stumps to pick up his third wicket.

Toss and Teams

Pakistan has won the toss and elected to bat first in the second and final T20I at Cardiff. The visitors had lost the first T20I at this same venue by five wickets. They have made just the one change with Mohammad Hafeez replacing Wahab Riaz. England have stuck to the winning combination.
