Marlon Samuels was the top-scorer with 58 while captain Darren Sammy smashed an unbeaten 41 off 17 balls towards the end. Andre Russell made 40 runs off 18 balls.

The West Indies collected 52 runs from the last three overs.

With a chance to win the series at stake, Indian skipper VirenderSehwag won the toss and chose to bowl first in the third ODI against the West Indies at Motera on Monday.
