The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is expected to raise the issue of its continued snub from the Champions League Twenty20 at the International Cricket Council (ICC) annual meeting later this month in Hong Kong.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is expected to raise the issue of its continued snub from the Champions League Twenty20 at the International Cricket Council (ICC) annual meeting later this month in Hong Kong.

The third edition of the Twenty20 tournament is scheduled to be held from September 23 to October 9 in India.

Teams from India, Australia, England, South Africa, Sri Lanka, New Zealand and West Indies will take part in the tournament.

"We plan to have full scale discussions during the ICC AGM later this month about our exclusion," the Daily Times quoted an official, as saying.

"The response from the Indian side is very cold and we have not discussed this with CA or CSA because the BCCI calls the shots and it is no use discussing it with others," the official added.

The tournament is a joint venture of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Cricket Australia and Cricket South Africa.
