Dale Steyn's 5th ten-wicket haul of his career saw Pakistan crash to a heavy 211-run defeat in the opening Test at the Wanderers. Pakistan going into fourth day with six wickets in hand lost them all in a hurry to the second new ball. Not even the overnight pair of Asad Shafiq and Misbah-ul-Haq had any clue against the second new ball which saw the Pakistanis go down just at the stroke of the originally scheduled Lunch Break.

Over 100.4 DW Steyn to Junaid Khan, OUT LBW, skiddy inswinger from Steyn which crashes onto the pad of Junaid infront of middle and the Umpire lifts his finger for an lbw. Junaid asks for the review and there was no inside edge at all. So that will be the end of the Test Match.

South Africa win the First Test by 211 runs.

Over 98.1 DW Steyn to Umar Gul, CAUGHT, Gul goes back for a slog pull and seems to have missed it outside off. There is caught behind appeal and the Umpire gives it not out. The South Africans ask for a review. And there was a woody sound in the replays and hotspot too confirms an edge. So Gul will be given out. That will be a 5th 10-wicket haul for Steyn.
