Sri Lanka's veteran left arm spinner Rangana Herath picked up 6-133 in the second innings of the one-off Test against Zimbabwe in Colombo on Monday. Having claimed five wickets in the first innings, he completed another 10-wicket match haul in his brilliant career
Monday was the 8th instance of Herath claiming 10 or more wickets in a Test match. He is now on par with former Indian leg-spinner Anil Kumble, who also claimed eight 10-wicket haul in Tests.
Only three other legends have more 10-wicket haul in Tests. Muttiah Muralitharan picked up 22 in 133 Tests, Shane Warne 10 in 145 Tests, and Sir Richard Hadlee 9 in 86 Tests.
