Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli whose fitness over the last couple of years has been as impressive as his batting form, has spilled some beans of how he achieved what can be termed a level of semi-perfection.

Kohli is known for sharing tips on social media platforms. On Saturday, he went one step ahead, and recommended the book which, according to him, transformed his perspective on life.

The Indian skipper posted a picture of himself on Instagram with a book titled “Autobiography of a Yogi”. He recommended the book to everyone, stating it has the power to "change your whole perspective and life."

"I love this book. A must read for all those who are brave enough to let their thoughts and ideologies be challenged. The understanding and implementation of the knowledge in this book will change your whole perspective and life. Believe in the divine and keep marching on doing good deeds #onelove#begrateful#helponeanother," Kohli posted on the social networking site.

Under Kohli, India have tasted Test wins against West Indies away, and New Zealand, England and Bangladesh at home. Kohli has been in stupendous batting form as well, hitting a record-breaking four double hundreds in four successive series’. India’s next assignment is the four-Test series starting from February 23.
