Former India all-rounder and popular TV Commentator - Ravi Shastri has ridiculed the Indian batsmen for playing needlessly at deliveries outside off. Shastri who hit a double century 1991/92 in Australia has openly said that senior batsmen Rahul Dravid and VVS Laxman didn’t even know where their off stump was in the entire Test Series in which India was whitewashed 0-4.

Ravi ShastriRavi Shastri said that some of the batsmen were playing balls that were around the fifth stump, and also with the bat well away from the body. Ravi Shastri has also gone onto say that Virat Kohli could score 300 runs in the series only because of showing good footwork.
