Cricket News sort by India tour of Zimbabwe 2016

Having thrashed Zimbabwe by nine wickets in the opening one-dayer on Saturday, India will be looking to seal the three-match series when they face the hosts in the second match at Harare on Monday

Indian batsman Lokesh Rahul created history on a lazy Saturday, becoming the first Indian to hit a century on his one day debut. Rahul hit and six and finished up on exactly 100 from 115 balls as India beat Zimbabwe by nine wickets in the first ODI

In spite of resting a few big names, India still went into the series against Zimbabwe as favourites. And, if the first ODI at Harare is anything to go by, the Zimbabweans will be in for a tough time for the rest of the games as well.

An India-Zimbabwe series doesn't elicit a lot of excitement considering the low-profile nature of the hosts, and the fact that Zimbabwe are not the same team they were a couple of decades ago.
