The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Wednesday named Rohit Sharma as the new captain of India’s ODI team, replacing Virat Kohli. However, while the selectors retained him as Test leader, he was removed as one-day skipper.

Cricket South Africa (CSA) has released the updated schedule for India’s tour of South Africa to be held later in the month. Earlier, the series was to begin on December 17 but will now get underway from December 26

An unbeaten England will take on South Africa in match number 39 of the T20 World Cup 2021 at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Saturday. The game will be played as part of the Group 1 encounters in the Super 12 round of the ICC event. The England vs South Africa clash will take place at 7:30 PM IST and 6:00 PM local time.
