The Lankan Lions were always the favourites to win the contest once they restricted India to 245. It was only because there was little dew that the Indian bowlers could create some sort of pressure. Harbhajan got the ball to turn and bounce but couldn't really take wickets in bunches. |

The under-rated Nuwan Kulasekara did the damage for the Lankans taking three wickets at the start. The over confident Indian batsmen played some bad shots to lose their wickets. Left armer Chanaka Welegedara seems to have this happy knack of picking up wickets. |
