David Warner: Very clinical performance. Fantastic knock by Dhawan and good knock by Yuvraj. With the good start, 180-190 looked on the cards. Shikhar didn't start the tournament well. We (he and Dhawan) have executed our skills together well at the top. Exceptional job by the old fellow Nehra and good bowling by Bhuvneshwar again. We have swing at the top and change of pace in the middle. With the momentum, we have to keep going. Thanks to the crowd for coming out.
Rohit Shamra: They bowled really well. Got early wickets and it was going to be difficult after that. Not much in the wicket, didn't apply ourselves. When you lose a couple of wickets, you just bat out to see what happens. We will try to leave this game behind. We bowled okay. Didn't start off well, did okay in the middle - picking wickets is always important - but leaked 70 runs in the last few overs, something which I didn't expect from our bowlers. Nothing went well for us. Fielded well which is a good sign. Had struggled with it but not today; so that's a positive to take home |
