Overseas, you have got to learn quickly. New Zealand are the deserved winners. We put them under pressure, but they bounced back well. |

Brendon McCullum: It was definitely a hard-fought win. On a surface which was more suited to us, credit to Angelo and his boys for putting us under pressure. A quality innings that from the king. Short-pitched bowling became a real weapon on a wicket that had a lot of bounce. Thankfully we came out on top. Our bowling group is world-class. We know we can take 20 wickets. It is just about working in groups. |
